At Silver by Italy Gold Jewelry, operated by Italy Gold Jewelry Corp., we take great care to ensure that your jewelry is delivered safely, securely, and on time. Please review the following terms carefully, as they apply to all orders placed on our website.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Custom orders: Production may take up to 12 business days before shipment. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx, with signature confirmation and full insurance (Shipsurance powered by Shopify).
- Standard delivery (U.S.): Typically 4–9 business days after processing
- Free shipping: Orders over $250
- Standard shipping: $15 for orders under $250
- Express shipping: $49 (available at checkout)
Delivery & Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Silver by Italy Gold Jewelry is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misrouted packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to sender due to refusal or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered”, it is considered fulfilled. Any claims of non-receipt may require documentation and will be reviewed through our insurance provider.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
All shipments are fully insured through Shipsurance.
A valid signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
If the recipient is unavailable, USPS or FedEx will provide instructions for redelivery or pickup.

At this time, Silver by Italy Gold Jewelry only ships within the United States.
International shipping is not currently available.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
