- We provide a lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of our jewelry, including gold (10k, 14k, or 18k) and silver (925).
- This authenticity guarantee does not cover damage, breakage, wear caused after use, accidental damage, improper handling, or misuse of the jewelry.
- For standard purchases made outside of Klarna, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we gladly offer exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
